Application Field
An L-arabinose molecule can be hydrolyzed from the non reducing ends of polymers containing arabinose residues, such as ax, arabinoglycan and arabinogalactan, by specific remove hemicellulose lateral branch chain is of great significance in the industrial production, can be widely used in corn starch processing, fiber feed, baking, beer, beverage and other industries.
Usage
Add directly to raw materials;
Dosage
0.01% - 0.05% of the weight of raw materials, which needs to be determined by experiments in different industries.
Efficacy
