Sinobios (Shanghai) Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter called Sinobios) was founded in 2008 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baiyin Sino Bio-Science Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter called Baiyin).
