Production Method
It is a enzyme preparation product produced by Pichia pastoris fermentation, Sterilization by pressure filtration, membrane concentration, spray drying.
Working Condition
Temperature: 20-60℃, optimum 50-55℃;
pH: 4.0-7.5, optimum 5.0-5.5。
Application Field
The main mechanism of α -glucanase is through the recognition and cleavageof α-(1,6) glycosidic bonds in α -glucan molecules, resulting in the decomposition of long α -glucan into glucose or linear oligosaccharides. Mainly used in sugar processing, medicine, toothpaste processing industry.
Usage
1. Direct addition method: add directly to raw materials;
2. Indirect addition method: add to raw materials after step by step dilution.
Dosage
0.05% - 0.1% of the weight of raw materials, which needs to be determined by experiments in different industries.
Efficacy
1. α -glucanase can degrade the high viscosity α -glucan in sucrose processing, accelerate the clarification efficiency of sugar cane juice, reduce sugar consumption, compared with common chemical additives and clarifiers, its effect is better;
2. Pharmaceutical industry; Reduce caries
3. Toothpaste processing; Reduce bleeding gums
