It is a liquid enzyme preparation product produced by Trichoderma reesei fermentation, pressure filtration and membrane concentration.
Working Condition
Temperature: 30-70℃, optimum 50-55℃;
pH: 4.0-7.0, optimum 5.0-5.5。
Application Field
For beer brewing.
Usage
Directly added to the saccharification tank
Dosage
Add 100-400 grams per ton of malt, Adjust according to application tests.
Efficacy
Reduce the turbidity or viscosity of malt or wheat malt, improve the filtration speed and improve the wort leaching rate.
