This product is made from Bacillus subtilis through fermentation, filter press degerming, membrane concentration technology.
Working Condition
Temperature:50-90℃,optimus 55-60℃;
pH:5.0-7.5, optimum 5.5-6.0。
Application Field
For fruit juice processing.
Usage
Add directly into liquification tank.
Dosage
Recommended dosage is 300~500g per ton of fruit juice. Adjust according to tests.
Efficacy
Enzymolysis starch in fruit juice to increase fruit yield.
