    Application Field

    Sucrase can be used as additives in food, beverage, alcohol fermentation and drug preparation

    Usage

    Added to sucrose after dilution

    Dosage

    350g invertase was added to 1mt syrup (70%, 50 ) and completely hydrolyzed within 6 hours. If you pay attention to the cost, you can add 150g invertase to 1mt syrup (70%, 50 ) and completely hydrolyze it within 12 ~ 24 hours.
