Production Method
It is a enzyme preparation product produced by pichia pastoris fermentation, Sterilization by pressure filtration, membrane concentration, spray drying.
Working Condition
Temperature: 30-65℃, optimum 50-55℃;
pH: 4.0-6.0, optimum 4.5-5.0。
Application Field
It mainly acts on the products of long chain xylans degraded by xylanase, such as xylodisaccharides, xytritose and xytetracose, and releases xylose from the non-reducing end of these oligosaccharides. Xylosidase is widely used in new energy, food and beverage, paper and other industries.
Usage
Add directly to raw materials;
Dosage
0.01% - 0.05% of the weight of raw materials, which needs to be determined by experiments in different industries.
Efficacy
- It is used for corn cob industrial enzymatic production of xylose to improve the yield and purity of xylose, reduce the impact of chemical production on the environment, and further production of xylitol as a food sweetener.
- Food industry: used to reduce the viscosity and turbidity of beer and fruit juice in the process of wine production, improve product quality;
- Energy industry: Xylan from industrial and agricultural waste can be converted into xylose by the xylanase enzyme system, and xylose can be converted into valuable fuels such as alcohol by bacteria and fungi.
- Paper industry: as a biological bleaching agent, it can synergistic with xylanase to improve pulp bleaching performance, instead of the traditional chemical bleaching method.
- Feed industry: improve feed utilization rate, promote the growth of animal intestinal probiotics.
- other uses: compound to xylanase in other applications, by lifting xylanase end product inhibition, increase xylanase enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency
