Production Method
It is a enzyme preparation product produced by pichia pastoris fermentation, Sterilization by pressure filtration, membrane concentration, spray drying.
Working Condition
Temperature: 30-65℃, optimum 50-55℃;
pH: 4.0-6.0, optimum 4.5-5.0。
Application Field
It can hydrolyze ester bonds in methyl ferulate, oligo ferulate and polysaccharide ferulate, and release antioxidant substances such as ferulic acid and P-coumaric acid while hydrolyzing lignocellulose efficiently.Uesd in food, feed, paper, medicine and other industries
Usage
Add directly to raw materials;
Dosage
0.01% - 0.05% of the weight of raw materials, which needs to be determined by experiments in different industries.
Efficacy
- Food industry: Grain processing industry using ferulic acid esterase in the degradation of plant cell walls ferulic ester bond, attracts many between lignin and hemicellulose and cellulose crosslinked part cut and make the structure becomes loose, it is helpful to degradation of polysaccharide in cell wall material and the release of lignin, promote grain separation between components, have medicinal value and health care function can be obtained at the same time free of ferulic acid.
- feed industry: plant raw materials through ferulate esterase treatment cell wall becomes loose and easier to be digested and absorbed by livestock, can improve the utilization efficiency of feed.
- Paper industry: the use of ferulic acid esterase treated pulp and paper raw materials can reduce the use of chemicals in the pulping process, reduce pollution, and facilitate the subsequent process.
- Plant extraction and pharmaceutical industry: for ferulic acid enzymatic hydrolysis production.
