Production Method
This product is made from Bacillus licheniformis through fermentation, filter press degerming and membrane concentration.
Working Condition
Temperature:60-120℃,optimum 90-110℃;
pH:4.0-6.5, optimum 4.8-6.0。
Application Field
For liquidation and spraying section in glucose production with corn starch as raw material.
Usage
Add directly into starch milk tank.
Dosage
Recommended dosage is 200~400g per ton of 30~35% starch milk.
Adjust according to production tests.
Efficacy
Reduce the viscosity of starch milk rapidly, liquify starch milk to dextrin, liquified liquid DE 12~16%.
