Production Method
This product is a complex enzyme of xylanase, glucanase and pectinase made from Trichoderma reesei through fermentation.
Working Condition
Temperature：30-65℃，optimum 50-55℃；
pH：4.0-6.5, optimum 4.5-5.0。
Application Field
For thick corn gluten processing section of corn starch processing.
Usage
Add directly into thick corn gluten tank after dilution.
Dosage
Recommended dosage is 50~100g per ton of corn.
Adjust according to application tests.
Efficacy
- Decrease the content of protein and water in wet basis to increase the yield of protein;
- Decrease the consumption of electricity and steam during production.
