    INTRODUCTION:
    Aspergillus niger was used to produce acid mannanase. Trichoderma reesei was used to produce neutral mannanase; Both of them are refined by advanced liquid deep fermentation technology, which can effectively act on the main chain of 1,4 - β - D mannan, and degrade galactomannan, grape mannan, galactose grape mannan and other substances in feed materials to form mannan oligosaccharides.
    FEATURES:
    ① The results showed that the enzyme activity retention rate was more than 80% in 82 ℃ water bath for 3 min;
    ② Acid and high temperature resistant, suitable for high temperature granulation;

    DEFINITION OF ENZYME ACTIVITY:Under the condition of 37 ℃ and pH 5.5, the amount of enzyme needed to degrade and release 1 umol reducing sugar from 3 mg / ml mannan solution per minute was 1 enzyme activity unit, expressed in μ / g.

     

     

    EFFICIENCY:

    DOSAGE:
    Taking the 10000 μ g / g product as an example, the recommended amount of complete feed is 100 ~ 200g / T, and the concentrate and premix should be added in proportion.
    METHOD OF USE:
    Direct addition: On the basis of the original formula, premix first and then directly added to the feed.
