CELLULASE
INTRODUCTION：
Cellulase is a kind of enzyme which degrades cellulose β - 1,4 glucosidase, including C1 enzyme, CX enzyme and β - glucosidase. The strains were obtained from Trichoderma and Penicillium by submerged fermentation.
SPECIFICATION：10000 /20000 μ/g;
ENZYME ACTIVITY DEFINITION：Under the condition of 37 ℃, pH5.5, the amountof enzyme needed to release 1 μ mol reducing sugar (based on glucose) from 4 mg / ml sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution per minute is one unit of enzyme activity, expressed in μ / g;
FEATURES：
① The cellulase fermented by the only natural bacteria in China. It has a synergistic effect on each component and the effect is better.
② The cellulase produced by Penicillium is rich in 13 kinds of coenzymes, such as ferulic acid esterase, arabinofuranoside enzyme and amylase, which can efficiently degrade cellulose substances such as corn fiber bran and wheat bran.
EFFICIENCY：
1 It can hydrolyze cellulose and hemicellulose, remove the barrier function of cell wall to nutrients, improve feed utilization, improve animal production performance, and increase breeding benefits.
2 It can reduce the physical damage of cellulose to animal intestines and reduce the incidence of intestinal diseases.
3 It can regulate intestinal microflora and enhance immunity.
Dosage：Taking 10000 μ g / g product as an example,the recommended amount of complete feed is 50 ~ 100 g / T, and the concentrate and premix are added in proportion.
USAGE：
Direct addition: On the basis of the original formula, premix first and then directly added to the feed.
Formula Adjustment：The results showed that the total cost of adding enzyme was lower than that of the original formula, and better than the feeding effect of the original formula (the adjustment of the formula was supported by the technical service personnel of the company).
