Production Method
This product is made from Trichoderma reesei through fermentation, filter press degerming, membrane concentration technology.
Working Condition
Temperature: 30~60℃，optimum 40~55℃
pH: 4.0~7.0, optimum 4.5~5.5.
Application Field
For the bio-polishing of cotton and other cellulosic fabric and enzymatic washing and finishing of denim, can be used directly or after dilution.
Usage
This product is suitable for wet-processing equipments with strong mechanism force, such as industrial scouring machine, overflow dyeing and jet dyeing machine etc.
Dosage：0.2-2.0% o.w.f
Bath Ratio： 1:4~1:15
Temperature: 40~60℃
pH: 4.5~5.5
Duration：20~90 min.
Inactivation:Adjust pH to 9.0~9.5 with sodium carbonate solution, increase temperature to 80℃ at the same time and keep 10~15 minutes.
Efficacy
- Fabrics bio-polished by this product can be:
anti-pilling permanently;
soft hand feel, glossy cloth cover and clear grain;
little damage to fabric;
fabric colour will not change.
- Denim finished by this product can be:
Fast snowflaking; high contrast; strong 3-dimensional effect;
avoid acidic conditions on material damage, prevent colour staining.
