Pure seed cultivation is the basic requirement of fermentation production.To achieve stable production,the problem of bacterial contamination must be solved.In summer,the temperature and humidity in the fermentation workshop are high,and there are more staff,so there are more pollution sources.It is easy to breed bacteria in the environment,so environmental disinfection is particularly important.Today we put forward a few suggestions on the precautions and understanding of environmental disinfection,and encourage everyone.

　　01 Choice of disinfectant

　　The action of disinfectant microorganisms is to change the permeability of the cytoplasmic membrane of bacteria,so that the cytoplasmic substance of the bacteria can penetrate and hinder its metabolism to kill.Generally,the adaptability of microorganisms is very strong,much stronger than that of animals and plants.Therefore,the same disinfectant cannot be used for long-term sterilization.If the disinfectant does not change for a long time,antibodies will be produced in the microorganisms.The first few disinfection effects are quite good,and the disinfection effect will become worse as the number of uses increases.In actual production,it is often used alternately with 0.1%cresol soap and cresol soap,or 1:256 CNPD and PNPD alternately.At the same time,the manufacturers of cresol soap and cresol soap should also be replaced alternately to avoid environmental microorganisms.A kind of disinfectant produces antibodies and cannot serve the purpose of sterilization.

　　02 Environmental disinfection time

　　Tests have proved that the best action time after the disinfectant is sprayed is 15 minutes,that is to say,the number of bacteria in the area is the least after the 15th minute after spraying the disinfectant.For the sake of safety,the first-level seed tank before inoculation Spray the disinfectant once in 30 minutes,spray the second disinfectant in the first 15 minutes,and inoculate directly after the second spray in 15 minutes.At this time,the number of bacteria is the least.

　　03 The area where the disinfectant is sprayed

　　The first is to spray evenly on all floors,especially the flow channels,tank top surfaces,material channels,equipment corners,sampling ports of various tanks,sampling funnels and their vicinity,inside the tank bases of various levels,trenches and their vicinity,etc.as key spraying parts.It is generally not recommended to set up a toilet inside the fermentation workshop.If necessary,the toilet should be at least 50 meters away from the fermentation production area.

　　04 Cautions during operation.

　　In the process of spraying disinfectant,it should be noted that some parts cannot be directly sprayed with disinfectant,such as all electrical equipment,including motors,distribution boxes,sight glasses lights and switches,instrument air sources and pipes,pneumatic valves,lights and switches or Lines,various sensors and sheathed wires(dissolved oxygen electrode,PH electrode,thermometer,electronic level gauge,electronic flow meter,electronic pressure gauge,alarm lamp,etc.).In addition,the tanks and pipes that are being disinfected cannot be sprayed directly with disinfectant,especially the high-temperature sight glasses,shaft seals,etc.

　　05 Climate impact

　　The outdoor air is dry in winter,but some areas inside the workshop are damp,and mold will grow on the walls.This kind of situation generally requires repainting the moldy parts before each year,installing ventilation fans and hair dryers,and air exchange to prevent mold from multiplying on damp walls.

　　06 Security Question

　　Promethazine and cresol soap or other disinfectants have irritant and corrosive effects on human skin when the concentration is higher than 0.1%,and they are not edible.All spray operators must wear masks,gloves,and waterproof clothing if necessary.People are always in the upper wind position,avoid inhaling the respiratory tract and esophagus.If discomfort is caused by infiltration of the skin or inhalation of the mouth and nose due to improper formulation concentration,it is recommended to seek medical attention immediately.
